This Subscription Services Agreement (“Agreement”), together with the Tentacull Privacy Statement, the Tentacull Terms of Use, and any referenced documents, governs your subscription to Tentacull, LLC (“Tentacull,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) services. By subscribing, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Tentacull will provide the subscription services you select (paid or unpaid) subject to this Agreement and our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
Your subscription is valid for the period specified in your order. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration unless you cancel before the end of the current term. Renewal periods are subject to the then-current terms and pricing.
You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees at the start of each term. Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Braintree) and subject to their terms. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law). Tentacull may change pricing upon notice, effective in the next renewal term.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. You agree to pay any applicable sales, use, or other taxes on top of the subscription fee, except for taxes on Tentacull’s net income.
Tentacull may monitor your use of the subscription services to ensure compliance with this Agreement. By using the services, you consent to our use of your data to operate, maintain, and improve the services and to provide personalized content.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing support@tentacull.com. Cancellation prevents renewal but does not shorten the current term. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Tentacull may update or replace this Agreement by posting a revised version on our site or notifying you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Notices must be in writing and delivered to the addresses provided in your order or as updated in writing.
